Ordinance #546
You are herby notified that the Board of Commissioners of West Lebanon Township shall consider Ordinance No. 546 for adoption and enactment at their meeting scheduled for January 5, 2026 at 7:00 pm in the West Lebanon Township Building. Ordinance 546 can be summarized as:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST LEBANON CREATING THE OFFICE OF TOWNSHIP MANAGER AS AUTHORIZED BY THE FIRST-CLASS TOWNSHIP CODE. THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE TOWNSHIP MANAGER SHALL BE REGULATED BY THIS ORDINANCE AND THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MAY DELEGATE, SUBJECT TO RECALL, ANY OF THEIR NON-LEGISLATIVE AND NON-JUDICIAL POWERS AND DUTIES TO THE TOWNSHIP MANAGER BY AND THROUGH THIS ORDINANCE, AND REQUIRING THAT THE TOWNSHIP MANAGER SHALL GIVE A BOND TO THE TOWNSHIP OR IN LIEU OF A BOND REQUIRED FOR THE FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BY THE TOWNSHIP MANAGER OF OFFICIAL DUTIES, THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MAY PURCHASE INSURANCE AS PROVIDED BY THE FIRST-CLASS TOWNSHIP CODE.

LEAF COLLECTION INFORMATION:
All leaves shall be placed to the REAR of the property, NO LESS than 2 feet from the alley. (NO BAGS) Do Not place sticks, twigs or other items in the leaf pile. Keep the leaf piled away from anything that could be vacuumed up with the leaves. It will damage the leaf vac machine and leaves will not be picked up.
